1. Cancellation Request Period

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Return / Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed.

5. Conditions for Successful Cancellation

A cancellation request can only be approved if:

  • It is submitted within the permitted 48-hour cancellation period.

  • The order has not been dispatched for shipment.

  • No fraudulent or suspicious activity has been identified in connection with the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may instead return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return / Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Order Cancellations by Kingwell Apparel

In certain circumstances, Kingwell Apparel reserves the right to cancel an order, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Payment authorisation issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. No Cancellation Fees

Kingwell Apparel does not charge any cancellation or administrative fees for approved order cancellations.
